

Compassion. Understanding. Empathy. Perspective. Acceptance. These are words I use to describe my approach to therapy. Therapy is a powerful experience because it is an opportunity to share yourself with someone in a different way than perhaps you have been able to before. So often we are scared to face our upsetting thoughts and feelings alone. I feel honored and fortunate to be able to accompany people on this journey as a companion and experienced guide. In this role I will encourage you to reflect on your life, connect with your feelings, and create meaning in past and current struggles.
I hope to help you embrace your strengths as well as change patterns that are no longer working for you so that you can better meet life’s challenges and joys.
I have helped people with a wide variety of life issues. I work with adolescents and adults and offer individual as well as couples counseling.
