Knowledge of the self is the mother of all knowledge. So it is incumbent on me to know my self, to know it completely, to know its minutiae, its characteristics, its subtleties, and its very atoms. Kahlil Gibran
Jill Wynne, MSW, ACSW

My approach to therapy is guided by my genuine desire to help clients attain emotional well-being and personal growth. I aim to be a guide for clients’ journeys through change. I believe that suffering can have the potential to produce positive change in one’s life, and therapy can help cultivate this. I strive to provide a safe environment where clients can process difficult issues by listening closely and thoughtfully.

I strive to help people gain insight into what in their life is no longer working for them and collaborate to make lasting change. Whether it is struggles around anxiety, depression, stress, anger or something else, I view each person as unique, and shaped by a variety of life events and personal characteristics.

As we work together, I remain focused on the client’s innate strengths and intuitions which serve as the foundation of the therapeutic process.
